Using my homemade salted egg paste to make this addictive munching non-stop salted egg cornflakes. Ingredients:- Cornflakes Salted egg paste Sugar Chillies Curry leaves Butter Method Heat up the pan and add butter. Once it’s melted, add in chillies and curry leaves. Stir well till you can smell the aroma. Pour in cornflakes, mix well. Lastly, sprinkle some sugar. Continue to stir. Make sure you use small fire. When cornflakes are well coated. Off fire. Leave to cool before you put in an airtight container.
