Mum's homemade bakchang has many followers as her lap Cheong and nian gao.
Her bak Chang has only very simple ingredients nothing fancy the way her regular customers like it over many decades
Regular Bak Chang Ingredients: Glutinous rice, mushroom, fatty pork belly, chestnut, beans and egg yolk.
Dried oyster Bak Chang ingredients: Dried oyster, egg yolk, chestnut, mushrooms, pork belly, beans.
We do not use plastic string to tie our bakchang
Many customers feedback that the flavour of dried oyster infused into the glutinous rice gives a very rich flavour.

How to enjoy:
Thaw to room temperature.
Steam over boiling for 30 mins. Serve hot.
