Fresh dumplings would be available for delivery every Saturday.
For other delivery dates, the dumplings would be sent in frozen.
Mum's homemade bakchang has many followers as her lap Cheong and nian gao.
Her bak Chang has only very simple ingredients nothing fancy the way her regular customers like it over many decades
Regular Bak Chang Ingredients: Glutinous rice, mushroom, fatty pork belly, chestnut, beans and egg yolk.
Bak Chang Ingredients: Glutinous rice, mushroom, mock meat, chestnut, beans. [ NO YOLK, MEAT, GARLIC & ONIONS ]

How to enjoy:
Thaw to room temperature.
Steam over boiling for 20 mins.
