- Contains: Premium quality peach gum, red date, goji, snow fungus, rock sugar, lotus seed and dried longan.
- Cooking Instruction:
- Soak Peach Gum with water for overnight. Next day drain out the water.
- Soak Snow Fungus with water 1 hour before cooking.
- Put all the ingredients except peach gum in a pot of water (Amount to your preference). Boil over medium fire for an hour. Once it started to boil, lower the fire.
- 10 minute before serving, add peach gum.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Serving Portion: 8-10 pax
