What is Penang without its popular Penang Prawn Noodles (Hokkien Mee). One of the famous hawker food at Penang.
Our homecooked paste gives you 100% successful rate with authentic taste. Zero cooking knowledge needed.

 It's prepared with lots of prawn shells and chilli paste that needed to cook flavourful broth. 

Cooking Instruction:
About 1.6 liter water to 200gm of paste, depends on how concerated you want the soup to be.
This portion can serve 8 bowls.

The oil from the paste can be scooped out to sauté prawns till fragrant. Take out the prawns leaving the oil behind.
Add water and paste into the pot. Simmer for 20 mins under slow fire.
Prepare bean sprout, noodles/meehoon, kangkong to be blanched, hard boiled eggs, and fried shallot .  
For garnishing or topping is your choice.

Optional: pork ribs can boiled together in the broth.
If you wan to make halal version, chicken meat can be used.

Storage :
Once open any unfinished need to keep chill as 100% without preservative.
Keep chill up to 8 months.
