Lap Mei Claypot Rice 腊味煲仔饭

1. Rinse the rice and put into a pot, add salt and oil.
净米放入煲中, 加盐和油
 
2.  Put the pot over medium heat and bring it to a boil. When it’s boiling, put the Cure Pork Belly (Lap Yuk), Chinese sausages (Lapcheong & Yuncheong) and Guai Fah Yuk on top of the rice. 
滚开转小火, 待饭干后,加入腊味
 
3. Cover the pot, cook with low fire. 盖上煲盖, 小火慢煮
