MAKING PURCHASE
How do I place an order?
Customers who would like to purchase our products for personal use can directly order from our website. When ordering online, simply add the products to cart and complete the checkout process. Once the order is complete, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. For wholesale or bulk purchase, you may contact us through info@houqua.com.my. Confirmation of order is by full payment only. All orders made without payment, are not considered as confirmed, and would not be processed at all.

What are the payment methods available?
You may direct debit to our Maybank account shown on the checkout section by mentioning the order ID as reference.

Can I edit/remove items on my order once it's placed?
Once your order is confirmed, it is not possible for us to change it. Do double check your orders at the checkout page before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed once payment made.

Can I add-on items on my order once it's placed? Do I have to pay for delivery fee again?
No additional delivery fees required if add-on orders are placed before the first order is delivered. Once your first order has been sent, any add-ons would be considered as a new order and delivery fee would be charged.

How am I sure my order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your payment is successful. Please double check to make sure the email does not end up in your junk/spam mailbox.

Can I make payment after receiving the goods?
Please make full payment for confirmation of orders. Order will not be processed if no payment is made.
